Precinct 69 is the new work place for the player character Jack Kelly after the incident in the Senator's villa in 250 Oak Street. His new boss is Sergeant Holloway, who introduces Kelly to the other Beat Cops in the game's chapter Day 1.
Every day starts there for Kelly and after a short introduction about the daily tasks, Kelly is brought by a police car to his beat.
