Louie's Pizzeria in 609 belongs to an Italian man, named Louie, who is also a mafia godfather and controls parts of Jack Kelly's beat in Beat Cop. Throughout the game, the player will realize, there are two major factions ruling the streets: the Mafia and the Crew. The beat cops are just in-between and can do small tasks for both sides or stay neutral on the police side... to a point. Of course, there are undercover policemen around and can turn Kelly in, should he accept a bribe.
On the first day, Jack is introduced to Louie by police colleague Fat Mike.
