Captain Yablonsky was the boss of Beat Cop Jack Kelly, when he was a detective. He seems to understand, that Kelly was framed and advices him to get those mentioned diamonds, which were stolen from the Senator's villa. He appears while Kelly is on the beat on day 1, when Jack is accompanied by Fat Mike.
